Here is the log of a chat with startlogic representative. After closing my account without informing me, I had to call them numerous times to open it again. They didn’t even know what was the problem and kept insisting on forcing me to delete my couple of media files. I don’t see any reason to erase the representative’s name. There are spelling mistakes and i didn’t correct them. This is the exact conversation. See for yourself how lame is the startlogic’s service and their TOS. If you don’t wanna read the whole text, here is the summary:

files it should be within 25 MB.

Just had the same thing happen to me. I recieved an email from the legal dept that said the same things and I had 3 days to rectify. Seven hours later another email. Then service was cut. No one answered specifics about these issues. It took 4 days to get things up again. I had one person who gave direct answers and another that I could literally take your script above and put my name intead of yours with the canned answers. For a business this tiype of action is too much of a rsik. Told them they are not Google & there are plenty of other providers. I have a back up with an alternate provider for may main blog so can be up and running by repointinng my domain.
