Startlogic’s unlimited storage scam!

Here is the log of a chat with startlogic representative. After closing my account without informing me, I had to call them numerous times to open it again. They didn’t even know what was the problem and kept insisting on forcing me to delete my couple of media files. I don’t see any reason to erase the representative’s name. There are spelling mistakes and i didn’t correct them. This is the exact conversation. See for yourself how lame is the startlogic’s service and their TOS. If you don’t wanna read the whole text, here is the summary:

o***: i am sorry, but this is my websie and those files are not just ftp files, i share those files with other users
on internet

o***: i never thought a file-sharing script would be necessary to share some of my files with my colleagues.
o***: if i open a sharing website to use with my friends (i.e zshare or rapidshare) it would mean i have a
website, and thats not relead to repository

o***: what i understand from TOS is this. if a user stuff lots of media files, it is a violation. and if a website has
lots of media files as content it is o.k

Reena Lawson: No, it is not allowed to store or share the media files on our server. If you are storing the media
files it should be within 25 MB.
o***: and yet you advertise your hosting plan as unlimited hosting
